Breastfeeding Information and Resources Guide (2)

The World Health Organisation recommends that infants should be exclusively breastfed for the first six months of life to achieve optimal growth, development and health. The introduction of complementary weaning foods should take place at 6 months with continued breastfeeding until 2 years or beyond.

The following resources are useful to provide information and support to expectant and breastfeeding mothers and anyone interested in learning more about breastfeeding.
