**Recruitment for UCD Power Study

A multidisciplinary research team in UCD (Catherine Fallon, PhD student, under the supervision of Professor Clare Corish, Registered Dietitian, Associate Professor Caitriona Cunningham, Registered Physiotherapist and Dr Katy Horner, Registered Nutritionist and Exercise Physiologist) is recruiting older adults (70+ years) who receive home care (both informally from friends and family or formally) to take part in a research study. 

The study is looking for people who are at risk of both malnutrition and sarcopenia to take part in an online exercise programme delivered to their homes and consume protein drinks enriched with leucine and vitamin D for twelve weeks.

Participants will be recruited from the East and West of Ireland. If you have patients, clients, family or friends that may be interested in taking part, please consider forwarding our contact details.
