250g bag of frozen mango chunks
1 tbsp runny honey
1/2 lime
few sprigs of fresh mint
125g low fat natural yogurt
4 small ice cream cornets
80g 70% dark chocolate, for grating over

Mango Dessert Directions

  1. 1. Whiz the frozen mango chunks in a food processor, with the honey, lime, mint and yogurt
    until smooth.
    2. Pop into the freezer until ready to serve.
    3. Put into the cornet and grate the chocolate over it.
