120g Jumbo porridge oats
300ml apple juice
2 tbsp mixed seeds (e.g. linseed, sunflower)
2 apples, grated.
Blueberries or fruit of choice
4 tbsp natural low fat yogurt
Pinch of cinnamon

Bircher muesli Directions

  1. Mix oats, apple juice and seeds in a bowl and leave to soak overight in the fridge.
    In the morning, add grated apple, blueberries and natural yogurt.
    Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
