Ingredients

2 cups frozen broccoli
1 jar green pesto
2 tbsp pine nuts
4 cooked turkey breasts
2 cups pasta

Pasta with Turkey and Broccoli Directions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on pack, when it is almost done, add the frozen
    broccoli and allow it to cook for about 3 minutes, it shouldn’t go mushy but should retain a
    bit a bite!
    2. Drain the pasta and broccoli in a colander, return to saucepan and add the chopped turkey,
    pesto and pine nuts and mix well before serving up
