What 2 Eat Dietitian, Sonja Lynch is a highly experienced dietitian, with a passion for her work. She graduated from Trinity College with a BSc. (Hons) (Human Nutrition and Dietetics) in 2007. She is trained in the low FODMAP diet and has completed level 2 behaviour change training. Having worked for over 13 years as a Community Dietitian in the HSE Sonja brings experience in working with both young children and adults. Her areas of particular interest are allergies, gut health, weight management and type 2 diabetes. Sonja has worked extensively supporting children with disabilities, new mothers and babies. Sonja is CORU state registered Dietitian in Ireland. Sonja is also an active member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI).
