I am a CORU-registered Dietitian with over 20 years of clinical experience. I hold an MSc and PhD in Human Physiology, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Maternal and Child Nutrition. Since 2003, I have specialised in maternal and child nutrition and have completed additional professional training in fertility nutrition. I offer both online and in-person consultations. My focus is on providing clear, evidence-based nutritional guidance to support you at every stage of your journey—from preconception and fertility, through pregnancy, and into infant feeding and weaning.
