About: Lauren is a CORU-registered Senior Dietitian and a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute with extensive experience in hospital and outpatient settings. She holds a Master’s in Human Nutrition and Dietetics with a strong background in renal nutrition, cardiology, and diabetes care. Lauren empowers clients to feel confident in their food choices and improve health through practical, achievable nutrition strategies and realistic changes. Lauren offers an evidence-based, personalised and compassionate approach tailored to each client’s goals, needs and lifestyle.
