Sarah Duggan

Sarah graduated  with a First Class BSc Honours Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Cardiff Metropolitan University. She has also completed a PGCert in Sports and Exercise Nutrition with Leeds Beckett University. She is a CORU registered dietitian and works with individuals and groups providing 1:1 consultations, group education and presentations and coporate wellness. 

Sarah works with indiviudals on the dietary management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) an is fully trained and competent in advising clients in following the Low FODMPAP diet.

Sarah is passionate about lifelong wellness and empowering individuals to lead a healthy life through evidence based nutrition education and professional support.​
